lyrics
Wake me up from this dream
If we all share the same fate
will that change the decisions that we make
holding out for a better tomorrow
give me hope to face a new day
Wait
is this all that we’re here for
conflicting words and no inner
peace, release and start the new age
So, what are you waiting for
a reason to meet the end
or a reason to start again
so wake me up from this dream
and tell me what do you see
in your own reality
How long can you take it
with these thoughts inside your head
who will you be, who will you see
if you’re already dead
how long can you fake it
before your gone
nothing to feel, nothing to see
now sings your perish song
Before your gone
you must make your mark
(you can create your fate)
Life itself is only a vision, a dream
nothing exists save empty space and you
and you, are but a thought
There must be more than this despair
there is a reason why we’re here
we all wish to seek the truth
when it’s the truth that seeks us
We all seek the truth
Glimmers of reality are all that we see
to change our mentality of morality
embrace your own sanity
and move past all of these fallacies
we’ll exist eternally
and find our own destiny

The album title is appropriate: this album makes you feel like a cosmic explorer as you approach the edges of our universe. Contemplating taking a leap into a potentially dangerous new universe, you admire the celestial sights but also go through significant introspection to determine whether such an adventure will be worth it. Masterclass ambient progressive metal for the sci-fi/space nerds out there! Challenging Apathy

Significantly heavier and proggier than Outside the Universe, this album also lives up to its name. In general, Widek is a very cosmic-themed project but this album really hits with those space vibes. The atmosphere is so celestial and beautiful, even among the heaviness, but it also makes you feel like you're swimming in a limitless expanse. If you are burned out on life, listen to this album and it'll take you on a serene, solitary Journey to the Stars! Challenging Apathy

This is 1 of the best instrumental albums I've heard, EVER. Top 3: this Wide Eyes, Andromida (Timeless), & The Algorithm (Compiler Optimization Techniques). thevossman

At first I wasn't so sure about getting this one, it was part of a long list of music I had to listen to, and I knew that at the time I liked it and kept it in my list to buy for a reason but couldn't remember why, but I do remember now, this is way too intense to be forgotten, you made a new fan to this day and will follow you closely from now on!
